Doesn't the persistent failure to detect cosmic gravitational waves in the LIGO experiment undermine the positivist prégnance->saillance reduction?

  4. After inspecting the relevant rebuttals I see little reason to reject the LIGO-Virgo results. AfAICS gravitational waves have been detected.

  5. The communication patterns and the time series of further detections since the discovery strike me as strange.
